News of the Week: Rafael Borras Joins AT Kearney Consulting Practice as Senior Adviser

April 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Rafael Borras will serve in a senior adviser role at A.T. Kearney's consulting practice after leaving DHS where he served as undersecretary of management and acting deputy secretary.

“His combination of public and private sector leadership experience will be particularly important as we help public sector organizations fulfill their missions with leading practices drawn from industry,” Bob Willen, head of the firm’s public sector, aerospace and defense lines, said Friday.

“He will also advise global commercial clients to anticipate and plan for the challenges of rapid change and uncertain global risks looking to the future,” Willen added.

In his new role, Borras will work with public sector clients on organizational transformation, information technology, acquisition and financial management.
