Winter Garden, FL – We’ve grown to better serve you! As of March of 2014, the Community Health Centers Winter Garden location has moved a few miles down the road (13275 W. Colonial Dr) into a newly renovated, massive building.

More Health Services Offered at Winter Garden
We’ve moved all of our great family health services, but best of all, with the increased space, we’ve now able to offer more to our patients. Extended office hours including Saturdays, expanded children’s dental practice, podiatry, optometry and more coming to the new Winter Garden Community Health Centers.

We accept most types of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, MediPass, HMOs, PPOs, and other plans.  Please check to ensure that your insurance is among those we accept.   If you need financial assistance, please talk to our financial counselor if you need to make special arrangements.
