Quietly located in an idyllic mountain setting at an altitude of 780m, Kitzbüheler Alpen Westendorf golf course lies just outside the village of Westendorf, 15 minutes from the Rosengarten’s home in Kirchberg.  The par 72 championship course stretches to 5920 m (6470 yds) with five par 5s, eight par 4s and five par 3s running through gently undulating walkable terrain ideal for golf, with a lake beside the clubhouse adding spice to the 9^th and 18^th holes for both players and spectators.  The club has a self-contained driving range and chipping green, well designed for practice and an unobtrusive natural look.  The south facing aspect makes the most of the Westendorf plateau’s luxuriant forest and mountain backdrop.  As an official hotel partner, the Rosengarten offers guests reduced green fees, beginner/proficiency courses, three-hour golf taster courses on Sundays and preferential trial membership rates.
