Super 65 Model

It is the pioneer machine developed by JK Machine Tools and a perfect machine required for mid range production consuming 50-55 units per hour. The machine can produce more than 500 KGs of cylindrical briquettes per hour each of the size 65mm in diameter and of 100-200mm in length. It requires 60 kilo watt of power and can carry a load of 72-83 amp.

Supreme 75

Ideally this machine is suited for large scale production of briquettes with a capacity to manufacture 750 to 1000 of briquettes. The final product is cylindrical in shape with a diameter of 70 mm and requires more than 60 kilowatt of energy. It can bear a load of 60-70 Amp and on an average it consumes about 50-60 units per hour.

Jumbo BRQ 9075

This machine has the capacity to produce maximum and superior quality briquettes in an hour. Even this manufactures cylindrical output with a size of 90 mm diameter and a length of 100-350 mm. It can run with the electricity power of 66.37 kilowatts and capable of taking of 75 to 85 Amp which means that it takes up about 30-40 units.

Turbo Dryer

It is used to dry up the moisture content of the raw waste and this machine has the capacity to produce 1500 Kg of output with an input of 450 Kg per hour. It is a highly assembled machine with state of the art features like vibrating screen, screw conveyor, feeding hopper vane guide and a pipe that withdraws moisture in the form of hot air.

Powder Making Unit

It is one of the must-have machines in any manufacturing plant due to its functionality. The purpose of this machine is to convert the grinded raw materials into fine-grained form. Basically it comprises of five major parts which are screw conveyors, the hammer mill, the pipe and the cyclone including the blower & the airlock.
