Having found a large labor pool of unemployed individuals who want to work; they sought out a way to make it happen. Most employers simply will not consider hiring a disabled person. The first thought as an employer is liability, accommodation costs, and increased insurance expenses. Research shows that the costs of these concerns are far outweighed by decreased employee turnover which in the call center industry easily can exceed 75% annually. Art and Jonathan have found a successful example in Israel where a call center only hires disabled people and successfully competes in the commercial and highly contract competitive call center industry. Taking their cue from the founder of that call center they created this venture. Both founders have previous experience in call center management and operation.
