Technology Service Corporation Chooses Data Cave for Colocation
Technology Service Corporation (TSC) recently partnered with Data Cave as their Indiana data center.
While they were seeing geographic redundancy with an existing data center facility in another state, actually accessing their colocated equipment wasn’t very practical logistically for their IT staff in Bloomington, Indiana. “Even though the other data center we had been using is very secure, the time and planning involved with getting our people out there always presented a challenge for us due to the distance,” says Reed Adams, Director of Information Technology at TSC. “Something we looked for in a new data center was a good level of geographic redundancy from Bloomington, while being easily accessible at the same time. Data Cave definitely offered both of those benefits to us.”
In addition to Data Cave’s optimal location, the team at TSC was impressed with the facility itself as well as the staff. “There are many things about Data Cave that are every bit as good or better than our other data center,” says Adams. “A few examples are the facility’s levels of physical security, their data suite design, and the well-thought out infrastructure they have. The staff at Data Cave are also great to work with, and they have been both personable and responsive to our needs. I would certainly recommend them for any company in the area who may be looking into colocation services.”
The team at Data Cave is excited to be TSC’s data center provider as well. “Data Cave is very excited to have TSC join our business. The confidence they have shown in Data Cave reinforces the benefits offered by our facility and services we offer. Data Cave’s goal is to provide premium services so TSC can concentrate on their core business without any reservations. We welcome TSC to the Data Cave,” says Zack Ellison, President at Data Cave.
