Houseporn.ca offers Online Portal to Celebrate and Showcase Canadian Architecture Landscape, Design,

However, until now, the market has lacked an online portal that embraces, promotes and understands this uniquely Canadian position on this segment.

Enter Houseporn.ca (http://www.houseporn.ca/), brainchild of Realtor Steven Fudge, founder of Urbaneer.com (which specializes in the promotion and sale of unique character freehold and condominium urban housing in the city of Toronto).  Fudge launched Houseporn.ca in with the intention of showcasing Canadian talent under this umbrella of design, in all of its facets.

In addition to serving as an information and inspiration portal about Canadian design and products, Fudge is offering paid Internship and mentorship opportunities for students enrolled in the fields of Architecture, Landscape, Interior Design and Housing Products, “This is an opportunity to help the voice of the next generation in the fields of housing,” explains Fudge.

He hopes to start and keep prominent the conversation that surrounds all things Canadian housing, amongst those fascinated with the Canadian History of Art & Architecture- and with its future as well.

Fudge says, “Houseporn.ca is specifically geared to mentoring students in these fields. We guide students in their research and writing skills, while helping them cultivate their points of view. By posting their particular interests in our publication, students are effectively creating an on-line portfolio for prospective employers - or clients - around the globe.”

Since its inception in 2013, Houseporn.ca has been well-received by the design and housing community, and continues to grow in its success.
