Qualified Mortgage: new technology added:  The January 10, 2014 deadline came and FullCircle Web Pro offered the latest compliance requirements in our Pre-Funding and Post-Closing modules to keep our licensees in full compliance with these requirement standards. Our licensees are entitled to use these new features to be compliant with the GSA’s new standards.

·     Work Flow Manager: A new tool used to assign and manage QC Workflow. Licensees’ administrator will be able to assign specified loans to key personnel, such as Processors, Reviewers, Appraisal Reviewers and Supervisors and manage work flow more efficiently. This will eliminate additional paperwork, keeping FullCircle Web-Pro a paperless system.
