RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. - April 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Primary on the calendar for the California-based firm during the month of March was the expansion of their team. At the start of the month, the firm had a total of four team trainers with the number doubling to 10 by the end of the month. Those added to the team of trainers Jeronica, Jill, Melissa, and Stephen.

Team trainers are responsible for working one on one with several other marketing representatives to provide mentorship and coaching. Their responsibility is to set up those they coach to succeed within the management training program by helping them set goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
