Frederick William Hooper Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties

 
SAN DIEGO - April 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Nelson White, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Point Loma office, is pleased to welcome Frederick William Hooper. “William is highly educated and genuinely passionate about representing his clients,” says White. “His communication skills, years of experience, and in-depth market knowledge will benefit his clients and our office.”

Highly experienced, Hooper earned his real estate license in 1993 and has been a real estate professional for over 10 years. Previously a mortgage consultant, he understands the investment value of real estate and intends to use his negotiation skills, talent for coordination, and experience assessing the market to successfully guide his clients. “My goal is to provide a home buying or selling experience that is rewarding, meaningful and produces an optimal outcome for everyone,” says Hooper.

With a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from National University, Hooper returns to real estate after working as a civilian in the U.S. Navy. Formerly a career counselor, he enjoyed aiding active duty personnel and their families locate meaningful jobs.

“I’ve always enjoyed helping people obtain their financial goals, whether it’s helping them find their dream job or dream home,” explains Hooper.

“As a career counselor, it was an honor to serve our military families, guide them through their transition process, and help them obtain meaningful employment,” adds Hooper. “I intend to apply the same integrity, creativity, and service-oriented strategies to help my buyers and sellers.”

A San Diego resident for over 10 years, Hooper appreciates the natural beauty and unique architecture of the area, particularly La Jolla and Point Loma. Along with being a talented negotiator, Hooper is also a talented musician and has played the drums since childhood. He volunteers his musical talents as the Band Coordinator for San Diego’s Veterans Day Parade.
