The annual Healthiest Employers award program evaluates organizations using six key categories: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions and reporting and analysis. With more than 500employees, McCarthy was selected in the large company category, along with 29 other companies.
