Dr. Roytburg offers insight into how performance management and advanced analytics drives strategic improvement in an organization
Performance management has become increasingly essential as a means to improve business results. Dr. Roytburg has more than 20 years of experience developing transforming analytics and insight functions, with a combined 22 years of corporate, academic, and consulting experience. He has worked with firms such as Booz, A. T. Kearney, 4i Consulting Group and Business Management Consultants. Dr. Roytburg has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a PhD from the University of Minnesota in systems engineering with a minor in mathematics.
