Steve Hamstra named one of 76 ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturers in U.S

FINDLAY, Ohio - April 7, 2014 - PRLog -- The Greensleeves team would like to congratulate Steve Hamstra, chief technology officer of Greensleeves LLC, on his appointment as an AHRAE Distinguished Lecturer (DL).

ASHRAE is the leading global association for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) engineers.  The Distinguished Lecturer program was developed to provide ASHRAE chapters with top-notch lecturers equipped to speak on relevant subjects.

Hamstra is one of the nation’s leading experts on making sustainable buildings affordable through technology solutions.  His design of the HVAC facilities at the University of Findlay in Ohio earned the ASHRAE 2014 Technology Award for Educational Facilities, New Construction.

There are currently six DLs in Region 5 and 76 total in the U.S.  Steve’s appointment will be effective July 1, 2014.
