Thermal Imaging Franchise Planning To Cross The Irish Sea

IRT Surveys uses infrared thermography and patented energy quantification software to diagnose energy inefficiencies and offer impartial remedial advice to clients. Franchises will receive high levels of technical training in all the services IRT offers including infra-red building surveys, energy assessments, IRT carbon dashboard, refurbishment savings reports, thermal imaging, building and roof surveys, continuity insulation analysis.  Previous technical experience or a background in the building or construction trades would certainly be an advantage, but in no way a necessity. The majority of franchisees operate their franchises as a stand-alone business, however the model means the franchise could be a great added value service to those businesses already working in sectors such as building construction, renewable energy, or roofing and insulation companies.

IRT are looking for franchisees with great work ethic, an ability to develop business relationships and a flair for opening doors and creating sales. The cost of an IRT Surveys franchise is £15,000 (+VAT) plus there will also be a capital expenditure (for essential equipment) and working capital requirement.
