Yousuf has been given the position of Assistant Manager, and is currently perfecting the skills and techniques necessary to run his own branch. Amanda, on the other hand, has been given the role of Senior Team Leader which means she is currently receiving the same type of targeted management training, on her way to leading her own team. At her position in the organizational structure, she bears responsibility for a range of business areas, including on-boarding new team members, conducting conference calls for synchronising campaign strategy, and overseeing between five and seven professionals across up to five store locations.
