Cochran Continues to Grow Water / Waste Water Group
Richard Tuttle has joined Cochran as Partner and Vice President of the Camdenton office focusing on the firm’s water, wastewater and public works market. As Vice President, Richard will be involved in all management aspects of the Water Group and Camdenton office, including client relations, design, project management, construction supervision and office operations. With more than 35 years of industry experience in Missouri and across the United States, Tuttle brings significant leadership, operations and project management expertise to Cochran.
Richard’s leadership and project management expertise are instrumental in building our (water & public works group) and the Camdenton office. “He is an outstanding addition to our team,” says Chris Boone, President.
Prior to joining Cochran, Tuttle was Vice President, Director of Operations for Alliance Water Resources since 1999 overseeing all field operating divisions which included municipal and industrial clients, public water supply districts and several not-for-profit corporations. He has also served as Village Engineer, Assistant Director and Chief Engineer for two large, innovative utility systems (each servicing populations over 250,000) where he designed and constructed water and wastewater treatment and reuse projects.
Tuttle is a member of American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation, American Society of Civil Engineers and is currently registered as a Professional Engineer in 3 states.
