REGS Books Recognizes Strong and Empowered Women for Women’s History Month
REGS Books is featuring profiles of strong and empowered women to help us keep in mind as we welcome this Women’s History Month that it’s not just about remembering the past. It is also about recognizing what women are currently doing too.
REGS Books, LLC is a publishing company. It provides an outlet for writers to share their stories with the public. The owner Regina Mixon’s interest in writing and her desire to help others inspired her to feature the profiles of other women for her followers to see. Mixon’s idea to feature the profiles of entrepreneurial and professional women is a remarkable concept for a publishing company. Mixon has featured several first ladies as well as authors, specialists and consultants who are all an inspiration to many people around them.
Around the world, March is recognized as Women’s History Month. Women everywhere are celebrating how far women have come and the women who made today possible. Regina Mixon herself, is a strong and empowered woman. She is a publisher, author, and a motivational speaker. Mixon knows many women who have made many accomplishments which is why she was inspired to feature them on her REGS Books Facebook Fan Page for Women’s History Month. Among the many women being featured are one of the first female African American Motivational Speakers, Jewel Diamond Taylor also known as “The Self Esteem Doctor”, Los Angeles Activist, Linda Jay, Entertainment Writer and Journalist, DeBorah B. Pryor and many more phenomenal women.
Regina Mixon is an author and motivational speaker, who continues to inspire others through her stories of faith, hope, courage and love. Her interest in books and writing prompted her to start a publishing company REGS Books, LLC, to provide an outlet for writers to share their stories with the public.
