Lee & Associates Brokers $12.6 Million Multi-Tenant Retail Sale of Oceanside Center

Marc Dudzik and Bo Havlik, both principals with Lee & Associates – North San Diego County’s office in Carlsbad, Calif., represented the seller, Mission Avenue Investors, as well as the Buyer, Doerken Properties Inc., a California corporation, in the transaction.

Located at 1527 Mission Ave., the multi-tenant property consists of 107,600 square feet of leasable retail space, situated on 10.7 acres of land.
