Richard Decker Led Healthcare Litigation Team Joins Raines Feldman

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - March 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Business litigators Richard J. Decker, David Mead, Zachary Mayer, Marc Berkemeier and Brandon Mead have joined Raines Feldman LLP in the firm’s trials, litigation and dispute resolution group, announced co-managing partner Andrew Raines.  The addition of the new litigation team adds to Raines Feldman’s already high-profile litigation practice co-chaired by trial lawyers Miles Feldman and Sonia Lee.

Decker, a noted expert in Healthcare Industry litigation, was formerly with Theodora Oringher.  Decker’s group, which has defended numerous healthcare organizations in a wide variety of provider and business disputes for nearly 30 years, will launch the firm’s new Health Care Industry Group which Decker will head up.

Decker, Mead, Mayer and Berkemeier bring substantial trial and arbitration experience to complement the trial-centric business litigation and transactional work done by Raines Feldman.  That work includes business disputes and transactions involving entertainment and media, real estate, finance, corporate, lifestyle, sports, intellectual property and consumer products.  The group’s fifth attorney, Brandon Mead, joins the firm from William Morris Endeavor Entertainment LLC.

Raines Feldman’s extremely busy litigation group handles cases throughout the country.   The transactional practice is involved with significant real estate and corporate deals both nationally and internationally.
