Principal Marketing, Inc. Announces Promotion and Begins Recruitment Efforts for the New Quarter

Terra Engler has been promoted to assistant manager as of this month. Before Terra joined Principal Marketing, Inc., she obtained her degree in political science with a minor in administration of justice and history from Southern Illinois University. Her last job as an English teacher in Gwangju, South Korea gave her the start in developing her leadership skills. As a teacher, Terra was responsible for more than 200 students and her daily tasks involved planning lessons, developing the curriculum, and organizing special events. Once she joined Principal Marketing Inc., she took full advantage of the career advancement program. With the aid of her mentors, she further honed her skills as a leader and found herself promoted to assistant manager in just 10 months.
As an assistant manager, Terra will be responsible for guiding future team members through the career advancement program. She also manages 15 branding experts as they deliver campaigns to their clients. Along with using her scheduling skills and her ability to forecast inventory, Terra is going to regularly interview aspiring individuals who want to join the firm’s mentorship program.
However, Terra’s journey with Principal Marketing, Inc. is just beginning. The company puts heavy emphasis in the importance of goal-setting. I have plans to get into management in four weeks. From there, I will continue to improve on my skills in product promotions and run successful events for my clients with a focus on expansion. In my first year of management, my aim is to help at least three people achieve their managerial ambitions the same way I have.”
