Choosing Il Bottaccio cooking school will allow you to head out and explore this marvelous part of northern Tuscany and world famous Forte dei Marmi, as the courses will take up generally half day. A magnificent 5 day experience through the tastes and views of Tuscany.” The Cooking Courses are structured as follows: Day One: Italian Classics Will focus on learning about a collection of essential including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and cheeses, with a special emphasis on seasonal items. Day Four: Culinary Outing You will tour the countryside and visit a local winery and continue to learn and taste Italian wines. Afterwards, we visit a market, tour an olive oil mill or another culinary destination, depending on the season.
