NASHVILLE, Tenn. - March 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Emotional trauma, bad memories, and stress takes its toll. To ensure we remain as healthy and centered as possible, spring is the perfect time to not only clearn our external clutter, but to also clean our internal baggage. Cleaning emotional baggage can be as simple as routine meditation, low-impact exercise such as leisure walking, spending time with loved ones, learning a new hobby, or journaling. Using EFT is a wonderful way to de-clutter your emotional junk drawer!
