MIAMI LAKES, Fla. - March 24, 2014 - PRLog -- 2014 has brought expansion to Inktel Contact Center Solutions, further broadening its clientele within the restaurant and consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketplaces.

Inktel began the year with a strong start by partnering with several leading brands within the consumer packaged goods industry. Inktel will handle consumer affairs across various channels for one the world’s most recognized brands within the consumer and professional product category. Further establishing its expertise in delivering solutions for major companies in the CPG marketplace, Inktel will also manage consumer affairs and resolution fulfillment for an international manufacturer of iconic brands in the shelf-stable and frozen food categories.
