March 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Human Resource professionals from around the region have been invited to join Quest Behavioral Health and EAP Services as they present guest speaker, Timothy D. Norton II, Esq. of CGA Law Firm, for a legal seminar, “2014 Employment Law Update” - all while enjoying a delicious breakfast. This year’s breakfasts are being held on April 23rd at the Conestoga Country Club in Lancaster, April 30th at the West Shore Country Club in Harrisburg, and on May 6th at the Inn at Reading in Reading, PA.

Quest Behavioral Health holds the Spring Breakfast Series as a way to communicate updated, valuable information to their clients and connections in Human Resources. This presentation not only conveys important legal material, but it has also been approved for two General Recertification Credits through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

The invitees have three location options, a convenient morning meeting time, and a free breakfast, which makes attending extremely appealing. Connie Stock, Director of Sales and Customer Service, says, “The breakfasts are a great opportunity for area professionals to attend an event with useful information, and for us to build and strengthen relationships with our clients and area businesses, school districts and organizations.”

The discussion topics for the presentation, “2014 Employment Law Update” include, Application of the FMLA in the Wake of Windsor, Healthy Workplace Act, Supreme Court Review, Pregnancy Discrimination Update, and Accountable Care Act Update.  Attorney Timothy D. Norton II concentrates his legal practice in the areas of health care and employment law. Current legal trends and related updates make Quest’s Spring Breakfast Series an annual event for most invitees.
