The team has also just finished up our 3rd campaign with the Dallas Mavericks. With the team focused on generating results and pushing their personal comfort zones with each and every new campaign they deliver, the future for Connect DFW already looks assured.

Connect DFW Promotes Several High Performers
Connect DFW takes measures to ensure those who have performed well in their roles have access to opportunities for promotion. The highest performers in the team are regularly given the opportunity to progress, both through the firm’s Management Training Program and, in good time, the chance to take on roles with a greater responsibility. Ethan, one of the company’s top performers, has recently been promoted to the post of Account Manager, which will see him preparing for management over three to six months as he gears up to run his own team.
Account Managers at Connect DFW are expected to take on more responsibility than entry-level team members while continuing to train for more advanced stages of management. Account Managers have a more active management role, with seven to fifteen marketing reps directly answerable to them. The position also brings with it a greater oversight of human resources and hiring, in addition to maintaining compliance for each campaign, interacting with clients, and even guiding training and mentoring sessions for newer team members.
A spokesperson for Connect DFW said the promotion to Account Manager was a major step on the career ladder, and one that could see team members accelerated toward running their own offices. “Account Managers play a crucial role in our business, helping to grow and manage our team to achieve the same high standards of excellence and professionalism we have become known for. Ethan has demonstrated consistently that he is a star player in our team, contributing fantastic results with an admirable work ethic. I am looking forward to seeing him continue to blossom and develop into a serious business player by the time his management training is complete.”
Part of the success of the team at Connect DFW comes down to the team social and bonding events regularly organized by the company. These include charity givebacks and fundraising campaigns. At present, the team will be involved in The Walk for Wishes in Dallas, to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation on March 29, 2014. In addition, they have added other charity events and give back opportunities to the calendar. Including, but not limited to The Cure Search Walk for Children’s Cancer research, the Susan G Komen Race, the Heart Walk for the American Heart Association as well as several other walks. The team also has a goal of attending the prestigious Dallas Margarita Ball in November. These activities are designed to raise money and awareness for these excellent causes while giving the team a chance to bond over an altogether different type of project.
