Aurion Learning Offers Free Storytelling Resources to Mark World Storytelling Day #WSD14

BELFAST, U.K. - March 20, 2014 - PRLog -- To coincide with World Storytelling Day, Aurion Learning will be sharing storytelling resources for anyone interested in storytelling.

The resources, which will be free to download on twitter @tellmystoree include:

• how to write a story,

• how to use stories and

• what narrative style to use in storytelling.

Held annually, World Storytelling Day is an international celebration of the traditional art of storytelling, with the theme this year - monsters and dragons.

Dr. Maureen Murphy, Managing Director at Aurion Learning said:

“There has been a growing fresh interest in the art of storytelling and as specialists in developing digital storytelling resources, we wanted to share our knowledge and expertise for anyone interested in creating and sharing their stories.”

Later this year, Aurion Learning will also be launching a new bespoke toolkit for creating short digital stories. The online toolkit, storee, will allow anyone to create and share stories for free using their own narrative, video clips and photos, quickly and easily.

Commenting on the new digital storytelling tool Maureen said:

“storee combines traditional storytelling methods with modern day technology to enable new and experienced storytellers to create and share stories with their family, friends and co-workers. We have received considerable interest in storee and our product development team are adding the final touches for beta release soon.”
