Bringing YMCA™ Spirit To Huntington Beach

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - March 19, 2014 - PRLog -- On March 12, 2014 Huntington Beach Family YMCA celebrated their one-year anniversary of their fitness facility on Adams Avenue. This full fitness facility is equipped with 10,000 square feet of strength and cardio equipment as well as free weights. Unique to the center is over 20 pieces of Hammer Strength® and a complete line of Hammer Strength® Motion Technology Selectorized™ equipment. Group exercise classes such as Yoga and Zumba® are offered as part of membership. The fitness facility also offers youth, adult and family events, bringing everyone together with events like Ladies Day, which offers free fitness demos and classes for women to encourage a healthier, active lifestyle; and the upcoming Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 26^th, which is a national YMCA event across America to kick off summer and encourage youth and families to achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, mind and body.
