Custom Facebook Tabs Being Pushed Aside As Facebook Begins Rolling Out Changes To Facebook Pages
New online course teaches Facebook Page owners how to take advantage of the changes and how to create custom tabs from any webpage content.
Pages themselves have been redesigned (roll out starting March 2014).
The interface for creating Apps was changed.
Both of these changes are creating confusion among Facebook Page owners and Facebook experts alike.
In response, Patrick Barbanes, CEO of Really Simple Social Media, announced a new online training course that will teach Facebook Page owners what they need to know to take advantage of one of the changes.
The Really Simple Facebook Tabs Course will explain the changes and will walk students through the steps necessary to create their own custom Tabs on their Facebook Page.
Delivered in video format, with multiple modules of short videos, the course is self-paced and can be taken from any internet-accessible device.
The video modules are:
Module 1: Overview - Understanding what Facebook Page Tabs are...and how the March 2014 redesign by Facebook of the Page layout
Module 2: Creating Content - You'll learn how content from any web page can be made into a custom Facebook Tab for your Page!
Module 3: Creating the Tab - You'll see the exact steps on how to create and install the Tab onto your Page - completely updated for 2014!
Module 4: Customizing the Tab - Learn how to make small modifications to your tab that can make a big difference for traffic!
Module 5: Driving Traffic To The Tab - Learn multiple ways to direct visitors to your custom Tab.
By following along with the videos, students will be able to create their own custom tabs for their Facebook Page.
