William Dew of PS Racing aiming for podiums at Pan Delta season opener’s Circuit Hero races
By: PS Racing
British race driver William Dew of PS Racing team is preparing to take on the opposition in his 2004 Lotus Motorsport Elise in the upcoming Pan Delta Race Festival March 21-23.
The Pan Delta season opener race weekend promises major excitement and will feature not only the Circuit Hero races in which Dew will look for podium finishes, but will also feature Asia Formula Renault, China Superbike, Scirocco R Cup and Clio Cup race events, and the ever-popular Red Bull drifting battle. All events will feature television coverage with fan attendance typically exceeding 20,000 for the weekend.
Building on its previous successes, Dew's Lotus Elise is coming fresh off the heels of an outstanding overall victory in December’s difficult Circuit Hero 500km endurance race. Despite his Lotus Elise being a class C car, it crossed the finish line ahead of machines with far more horsepower.
Dew hails from Burnley, Lancashire, England, and has raced in both the 2009 and 2010 Dubai GT Championships, as well as the ZIC Circuit Hero 500kms endurance races and various Circuit Hero Events. He will compete in the full 2014 season in Roadsport Class C, looking to be frontrunner with consistent podium finishes, “looking to take the battle for the sub 2 Litre class to the Ariel Atoms, as well as a few scalps from cars in higher classes throughout the season!”
We wish Will Dew the best of luck in his upcoming Circuit Hero races this weekend. Stay tuned for season updates on Will and the rest of the PS Racing team at www.psracing.com.
