Spring Equinox: Yoga + Meditation + Writing Workshop

DALLAS - March 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Atma Bhakti Yoga Center is excited to celebrate the spring season with a Spring Equinox workshop featuring yoga, meditation, and writing. The workshop will be held at the center from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 16. The cost is $25 if pre-registered, or $35 the day of the event.

The workshop will feature:

· A contemplative journaling exercise to spur renewal and release

· A gentle yoga practice to awaken and rejuvenate the body

· A conscious ink meditation to plant personal seeds of intention

· An e-vision board exercise to grow a personal life vision

The center is located at 6315 Lindsley Avenue in Dallas, just 10 minutes from downtown and a short walk from White Rock Lake. This workshop is one of many ongoing workshops and classes offered to the public.
