Grand Lodge Honored for Highest Increase in Residents

LINCOLN, Neb. - March 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Grand Lodge at the Preserve, a senior living community in Lincoln, received notable recognition winning the ACE Award for the highest year-over-year increase of residents at the community. The award comes from Lifespace Communities in a ceremony recognizing the top performers of its 12 senior living communities in seven states nationwide.

Between January 2013 and January 2014, Grand Lodge experienced a 10% increase in occupancy in its independent living apartment homes. The community features 109 one- to- three-bedroom, maintenance-free apartments, which are currently 95% sold.
