Blue Coast Securities, Inc., (“GlobalCrowdTV”) agrees to purchase a Seventeen State “Broker Deal

LOS ANGELES - March 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, California (March 14^th, 2014)Blue Coast Securities, Inc., (DBA: “GlobalCrowdTV”) the prominent International Banking & Commercial Banking Firm, said on Friday it has completed all negotiations for the acquisition of a Seventeen State Broker Dealer and will rename it Blue Coast Investments, LLC.

Blue Coast Securities, Inc., a Los Angeles, California based International Investment Banking and Commercial Lending Firm shot to fame over the past couple of months with its “Global CrowdFunding Platform” for Regulation A and Regulation S “Capitalization Joint Ventures”. The firm also currently has seven private equity funds that are currently launching, each expected to outperform same or similar funds in their respective classes.

The firm said it will initially provide financial advisory and research services, but will be seeking permission from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority to expand its services to include sales and trading, syndicate participation and other broker-dealer activities.
