Fleming Gulf's flagship HR forum for the energy sector in the Middle East announces the launch of it's 2014 edition of the 9th Annual HR Strategies In Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Forum between 12 – 14 May 2014 at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Doha, Qatar. Building on the success of it's previous editions, the forum will showcase a speaker panel of over 20 leading HR practitioners who have redefined, re-articulated and refined HR strategies that have stood the test of time.
The forum will include presentations from thought-leaders that have helped HR executives address their challenges and expand their perspectives. This year’s forum will also focus on a number of emerging topics, including how current technologies like Cloud Computing and Data Analytics can improve performance of HR Functions. 2 special panel discussions on current employment trends in the technical field for women and how social media can play a new role for skill attraction will feature in the proceedings across both days. A case study by Zdravka Demeter Bubalo, VP-HR – MOL, Hungary on “Securing growth by commitment to employee value proposition in MOL” and another by Hussain Al Obaidly, Regional Human Resources Head, Oil & Gas – MENA and Turkey on “How GE develop their leaders” will showcase initiatives undertaken by company management to help build successful careers for their employees.
