Jahna Sebastian's Interview With Mara The Hip Hop Socialite Has The Internet Buzzing

NEW YORK - March 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Jahna Sebastian, UK based singer, songwriter, producer and engineer recently interviewed with Mara The Hip Hop Socialite for her highly popular column “The Scoop with The Hip Hop Socialite” and had the internet buzzing. They discussed all things Ms. Sebastian including her work ethics and education, her recently released critically acclaimed EP "The Edge Of Love", what she hopes to accomplish in her career, if she would consider doing a reality show and if she considers her daughter's Dad super producer Swizz Beatz a good father.

On her work ethics and education, she stated, "I am used to working hard to get things in life myself, from earning my degree and certificates to coming to London and working here, I am totally self made. "On her current project, “The Edge Of Love”, Ms. Sebastian stated, “I wrote, produced, arranged and recorded everything on The Edge of Love in my studio Multivizion Music. It tells a story of being on the borders between love and hate, strong emotions. I am a very passionate person, it’s all or nothing for me. It is about sudden changes that a relationship brings and the journey of immediate transformation through them. It is the dialogue between the extremes."

On what she hopes to accomplish in her career, she said, “I want to leave a mark and make history globally, to be a part of this time and culture worldwide. Money and superficial things are not my goal, you can be famous for being famous easily by doing some silly stuff today, that is not my goal at all, it is creating something great that can hopefully touch people’s hearts around the world. I want to be the master of my craft and there is always room for growth. I also want to be an inspiration to my daughter for her to achieve her dreams. We have a very special connection.”

On if she would consider doing a reality show like Love & Hip Hop, the songstress stated, “I have been offered a part in a reality show like that already, but I won’t do that unless the only thing they film about me is related to my work. I prefer acting in films and commercials and the beauty of that is you can be the craziest person on Earth in a movie without being bashed, because it’s the character, not you.”  On if she considers Swizz a good father, Ms. Sebastian said, “Yes.”

Jahna Sebastian who was classically trained on piano and earned her degree in “Music Business” at the age of 20 at the prestigious Russian Academy of Music is a multifaceted power house of talent.
