Martin Millner named Pennsylvania's Number One Affiliate Agent in Pennsylvania by Coldwell Banker

NEWTOWN, Pa. - March 13, 2014 - PRLog -- In a nationwide event broadcast to thousands of Coldwell Banker Real Estate associates recently company CEO Budge Husky announced that Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS' top producer Martin Millner has earned the title of  Number One Producing Agent among Pennsylvania affiliates.  This award is based upon total productivity for the period January 1 - December 31, 2013.

Acknowledging  this particular award, Coldwell Banker Hearthside President Jamie Mancuso noted  "since Marty came to us more than a decade ago, he has worked very hard to master key elements of technology and customer service.  When you combine that with his great real estate skill Marty shows every day that he is one of the best in the business and I am thrilled Coldwell Banker recognized that as well.  Being the number one affiliate agent in the entire state of Pennsylvania is a huge honor, especially in 2013 when real estate salespeople were seeing improving market conditions throughout the state."  Mancuso also noted that Millner will be recognized for his accomplishment during local and national gatherings in 2014.

Marty was added to Coldwell Banker's "International President's Premier" sales society nationally for 2013, which represents less than 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.  Locally he was named to the Hearthside Diamond Club for the tenth consecutive year.

Martin Millner was also recognized with this honor in 2010.  He has been a top-producing agent with Coldwell Banker Hearthside, REALTORS for more than a decade and was the number one agent in the company in 2002 and 2003.  He holds a Bachelors Degree from American University in Washington D.C. and has also studied advanced business topics since earning his degree.  Marty is also a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (G.R.I.) and has actively supported endeavors in the Yardley area, where has lived for more than 25 years.
