The more effective way to make New Years Resolutions
This week iGlobalWellness reveals the results of their study into how people in the UK make New Years Resolutions, and how we’re getting it drastically wrong

For all but the pessimistic 5% of us the sad news is that most of us have already abandoned our resolutions. In fact, only 8% of us will actually reach the goals we set ourselves on January 1st.
And it gets worse. The average spend of failed January fitness enthusiasts comes in at £987.31! The main bulk of this expense goes on gym memberships that do no more than plague our conscience for the next 11 months of the year. Other items such as home gym equipment and the latest sports shoes and clothing also added to the total outlay.
So should we join the 5% and reconcile ourselves to a life of eternal festive indulgence? iGlobalWellness has a better idea.
