Rang Barse: A Colorful Contest this Holi Season

GURGAON, India - March 12, 2014 - PRLog -- The long, gloomy days of winter are gone and the city is all set to glow with greenery again. Every heart seems to be on a song, and every step seems to have a spring in it. And why not? Right after this week turns a corner, it will be time to say hello to Holi – our very own festival of colors, our very own annual celebration of spring and everything good that comes with the season. To welcome our annual magnum opus of colors in a regal way, 21 Gun Salute is happy to announce a contest which has attractive prizes for winners!

So this is what the contest is all about. On our Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/the21GunSalute), we will give you a list of colors and tell you what each of these colors stands for. In the ‘Comments’ space underneath our post, all you have to do is, tag a friend, assign a color from our list to him or her, and describe the reason behind your choice of color for that friend. The most appealing posts will win fantastic prizes that will add a special dash of color to your celebrations!

Prizes: There will be two awards for great posts, and each prize will consist of a couple’s vegetarian lunch at the restaurant, topped off with a delectable mock-tail!

If you choose Red, it means your friend is energetic and vivacious.

If you choose Blue, it means your friend is generous and charitable.

If you choose Green, it means your friend is sympathetic and compassionate.

If you choose Orange, it means your friend is courageous and daring.

If you choose Yellow, it means your friend is positive and confident.

If you choose Purple, it means your friend is artistic and creative.

If you choose White, it means your friend is spiritual and saintly.
