Brooklyn Stop and Frisk Lawyer Announces Client's Acceptance of City's Offer of Judgment

Client of Brooklyn Stop and Frisk Lawyer, Michael J. Redenburg has Filed His Notice of Acceptance of the City of New York's Offer of Judgment to Resolve Allegations of a False Arrest
NEW YORK - March 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Brooklyn Stop and Frisk False Arrest Lawyer Michael Redenburg has finally resolved his client's allegations of a Brooklyn False Arrest asserted in a Complaint filed December 12, 2013. Rowan A. Graham had amended his Complaint filed in Federal Court on February 2, 2014, and thereafter the City of New York made an offer of judgment on March 6, 2014.

Within his amended complaint, the Plaintiff Rowan A. Graham had alleged causes of action including false arrest, fabrication of evidence and failure to intervene. The swift resolution of the Plaintiff's claims avoids the need for a trial and allows Mr. Graham to move forward with his life.

Unfortunatley, young men and women are victimized by the NYPD - the very people charged with protecting them- on a regular basis. Thankfully, victims can seek redress and compensation through the legal system. Michael J. Redenburg represented Rowan A. Graham and Mr. Redenburg maintains an office in Lower Manhattan.
