Lee & Associates Negotiates $14.2 Million Land Sale in Carson

CARSON, Calif. - March 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the country, has completed the $14.2 million sale of a 10 acre industrial land parcel, located at 21038 Wilmington Ave. in Carson, Calif.

David Bales, principal at Lee’s Los Angeles-Long Beach office, represented buyer Prologis, as well as the seller, Hunter Woodworks, in the transaction. Bales has closed several deals to start 2014 and reported a banner year in 2013, brokering over $63 million in sale and lease transactions.
