CHICAGO - March 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Welcome Home Chicago is at the forefront of creating and implimenting solutions to not only changes in the Real Estate market but also reacting to minor policy changes made by major market influencers. A recent Fannie Mae policy change will not only negatively effect most Real Estate investors acquisition models making it next to impossible to consistently purchase and rehab forclosed houses. It will also restrict the retail buyer pool to those who qualify for a HUD 203k loan which is a very restrictive Mortgage that dictates to the buyer not only what improvements they are allowed to perform, but also which contractors they are allowed to use and when they can sell their properties. These regulations are not only unfair to the average home buyer they also have the potential to create a large number of upside down home owners in the comming years. These highly restrictive regulations will give the large corporations currently buying up single family homes at an alarming rate an unfair advantage in the retail home sales market for many years, once again putting the average consumer at a disadvantage when they try to sell their homes,

Welcome Home Chicago has a solution to this minor policy change that may create a major market shift in the comming months. While most Real Estate investor are not even awere of this potential market transformation, we are creating solutions. Our buisness model starts with buying conventional sale houses at fair market value, and completly updating an renovating them via our pool of investors. The seller is given the option to buy one of our completely updated properties through our trade up program or find a property through one of our partner Real Estate Brokers who share our commitment to finding high quality homes for their clients. In many cases the monthly mortgage payments are close to what they are currently paying due the the much lower interest rate in todays market. We have relationships with several Mortgage brokers who are commited to not only finding the best loan for our clients, but also assuring the client can afford their home in the years to come.  Our Real Estate Investors are given access to quality deals with  no deed restrictions or penalties allowing them to perform high quaity rehabs with numbers that fit their buisness model. Retail buyers are given their consumer powers back and can have control of what will probably be the largest purchase of their lives.
