Vicki Dooling Declares Candidacy to Represent Nevada’s 41st Assembly District

LAS VEGAS - March 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Vicki Dooling, a Nevada resident for nearly 18 years, has declared her candidacy to represent Assembly District 41 in Nevada’s state legislature.

“I made the decision to run after seeing the divide between representatives and their constituents grow wider each year,” said Dooling. “If things are going to change for the better, public servants need to go back to the basics of actually serving the people they represent.”

Dooling’s platform is based upon bringing common sense and common decency to evaluating what bills are made into laws that govern everyday Nevadans. Listening to what Nevadans want is her priority. Her positions and plans can be viewed in detail on her campaign website.

“In Nevada, people are our greatest resource. Each bill that’s passed affects one or more aspects of how we live. It's unconscionable that some of our lifetime politicians disrespect their constituents by voting without reading and understanding the bills put in front of them,” stated Dooling. “I will always vote with the understanding that I'm serving your needs and not the other way around.”
