New Client Concierge helps customers choose Luxury Window Fashions at South Florida Showroom

DANIA BEACH, Fla. - March 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Dania Beach, Florida.Total Window® has added new staffer, Nancy Latortue as Client Concierge to the company’s South Florida Showroom at DCOTA, the Design Center of the Americas.  Jesse Stolow, COO of Total Window® said “I am excited to announce that we have a new team member joining us, Nancy Latortue as our new Client Concierge. She will manage proactive client communication, showroom sales, and serve as a project assistant on many client engagements.  Working closely with Natalia Ponce De Leon our Project Manager, Nancy will ensure that our office and In-field Teams have the tools they need to be successful in project implementations and completion.  Nancy will also make certain our clients who are Designers and their homeowners have the much needed information BEFORE they call us to ask.”

Nancy brings with her extensive experience in office logistics, having worked at Delta Airlines for 10 years. There she was responsible for coordinating flight attendant schedules, and a number of process driven projects as well. Nancy says “I come to Total Window® with a strong background in customer service, sales and logistics.  I am excited to join the Total Window® team where I will continue the tradition of customer service excellence for the company.” Her passion for design does not begin here at Total Window®.  Nancy has worked with many of her friends and colleagues over several years on design elements and projects in their homes.  She hopes to greatly expand her design expertise as the new Client Concierge at Total Window®.
