Homewood Suites Corpus Christi Honored at Award Celebration in Orlando

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - March 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Pillar Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce that its Homewood Suites Corpus Christi team was recently honored with two awards at the brand’s annual celebration in Orlando, Florida. The hotel won the “Extended Stay Most Improved Percentage” merit award, and Chelsea Kroll, Director of Sales, won the “Director of Sales of the Year” merit award. Aaron Bedik, General Manager and Candace Escalante, Assistant General Manager were in attendance.

“The energy at the Awards Night was exhilarating,” said Geyden Sage, Regional Director of Operations for Pillar Hotels & Resorts. “Although Chelsea Kroll was at home with her new baby, she was kept in the loop via text and photos the entire night and she was overwhelmed with emotion when she found out her name was called for the Director of Sales of the Year award. A native of Corpus Christi, Chelsea Kroll has been with Homewood Suites Corpus Christi since June 2012. She is committed to her team, and respected and admired by many.
