Fiction Novelist Sandy Lo Launches Half Full Magazine!

March 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Fiction novelist and entertainment enthusiast, Sandy Lo launched Half Full Magazine this week.  Half Full is an online publication that focuses on entertainment, lifestyle and travel features with an upbeat message.  The magazine kicked off with an exclusive interview with country artist Brandon Chase (last season’s The Voice), a re-cap of the Oscars, 5 Surprising Traits Women Find Attractive In A Guy and the Traveling Barista blog—written by Lo herself to discuss the nuances of her side job and the blessings it has brought her.  The magazine is located at: http://halffullmagazine.com and has been receiving continuous traffic since its launch on Monday.

Sandy Lo started her writing career in 2001 as the founding editor of StarShine Magazine, which received millions of unique hits monthly.  In 2011, after releasing her third fiction novel, Lo decided to focus more on her books rather than running a magazine almost single-handedly.  She still freelanced for various publications and as a publicist promoting movies and music projects, which kept herself relevant in the entertainment industry while writing her next two novels.

“I actually miss running a magazine,” Lo says about her launch of Half Full Magazine.  “I needed the break, but entertainment journalism was always my first love.”  This time, unlike with StarShine Magazine, Lo is expanding the focus from music to all sorts of entertainment and lifestyle pieces.  Half Full will even feature virtual art exhibits starting next week.
