MAB strategic alliance is a boost for brokers

DERBY, U.K. - March 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Professional mortgage brokers and IFAs are set to be the major beneficiaries of a new partnership between sortrefer and the Mortgage Advice Bureau that’s designed to make conveyancing easy, straightforward and financially rewarding.

The new relationship between MAB and sortrefer was formally unveiled at MAB’s annual conference in Leicester on Thursday 30 January, where more than 700 intermediaries greeted the announcement enthusiastically.

Brokers were particularly impressed with the wide range of services available – offered on a non tie-in basis and featuring an attractive range of referral fees.

At the heart of the joint offering are easy-to-use online sales and administration tools that take the hassle out of organising conveyancing for a residential mortgage client. This includes:

·        Access to the UK’s leading conveyancing panel: we use top 30 UK firms who complete the largest number of residential mortgage cases every month and know the conveyancing game inside-out

·        Real-time case tracking: we enable MAB members to monitor progress of a client case from inception to completion

·        Case updates – sent via email: we keep MAB users in the loop at all times

·        Detailed management information: enabling managers and individual brokers and IFAs to drill down into important performance data and KPIs

·        Highly competitive commission structures: we ensure MAB members have the ability to generate strong additional income – and receive payments on a weekly basis

MAB members started registering for the conveyancing service immediately – with many keen to access the company’s exclusive remortgage legal deals, which start at £199 – and sortrefer is anticipating take-up of the offer will be as much as 25% of MAB’s overall membership within the first month of launch.
