SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - March 4, 2014 - PRLog -- At the United States Conference of Mayors Leadership meeting held in Scottsdale, Arizona this past weekend, platinum partner, Partner America, discussed small business needs and opportunities. Lou Mosca, EVP and Chief Operating Officer of American Management Services, encouraged all mayors in attendance to focus on education and small business.
