SAN FRANCISCO - March 4, 2014 - PRLog -- MARCH 4, 2014 - San Francisco, CA – San Francisco-based artist Anya Kvitka has announced "March Madness," a crazy undertaking to release one EP per week for the entire month of March.  Each week, Anya will release an EP made available for download on the date of release through SoundCloud at https://www.soundcloud.com/anya-kvitka. Anya's March Madness kicks off with the release of her future funk themed EP, Ruby Rhod, featuring her latest single, “Limou$ines.”

Produced primarily by long-time collaborator/producer snack|BOT, March Madness will also feature some guest producers; the single for “Limou$ines” will be released as a video on her YouTube channel on March 4th (https://www.youtube.com/anyakvitka) and make its public performance debut at the singer’s next show on March 7th, 2014, at The Blank Club in San Jose, CA.

March Madness includes the following planned releases:

Ruby Rhod - March 4th ; future funk with a dash of floss

zOrg - March 11th ; hypnotic hard hitters

Plava Laguna - March 18th ; future R&B

LEELOO ezhsb - March 25th ; golden era hip hop with melodic vocals

Moscow-born Anya Kvitka can draw on R&B, hip-hop, soul or jazz with equal ease thanks to her international music background and 20 years of classical piano training. Anya’s 2011 live performance of Runnin’, recorded at Knocksteady (now Maker Studios), was ranked in the YouTube Top 100 list the day of its release.  Recently, she completed a successful Kickstarter project to fund her latest two singles, "Maybe" and "One Less." With her band, the getDown, she has opened for Grammy® winning artists such as Foxes, Ryan Leslie, and — as a part of the biggest musical festival in the San Francisco Bay Area’s BFD  — for 30 Seconds to Mars, Diplo, Jimmy Eat World, and Stone Temple Pilots amongst many others.  Anya has also been a 2 time featured artist at TEDx Talks Bay Area.
