CBXT (CompleteBody Xross Training) HIIT’S NYC’s Financial district
The CompleteBody philosophy is based on Founder Alex Reznik’s Six Essential Elements: Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, Nutrition, Meditation and Rest. These elements were combined to create NYC’s Ultimate workout for the busy urbanite.
New Yorkers are overwhelmed with Boutique clubs offering new methods and fad workouts, from spin, HIIT, boot camp and box gym styled cross training. However, none of these clubs offers workouts that achieve the results our CBXT Studio sessions have. Our full body workout utilizes spin, rowing, TRX, kettle Bells, dynamic and functional training equipment. We also include agility and speed work, core, meditation and yoga all in one high intensity calorie torching hour. We have qualified, highly trained personal group training professionals to make sure that the participants are giving their all and doing it safely and correctly.
Our CBXT Studio uses the Queenex Suspension Bridge designed and handcrafted in Italy, CompleteBody is the first in NYC to have this equipment. We are also a leader in the Virtual Spin arena using MyRide technology and incorporating the MyZone Heart rate system to visually track in real time your heart rate, calories burned, and effort level. No one else in NYC has such a program, and our CBXT classes can burn over 1,000 calories in just one session.

CompleteBody also offers a juice bar, spa services and an in-house physical therapyclinic, which is another unique feature that differentiates us from other fitness centers in the city. Patients are given complimentary access to the club’s facilities, for the duration of their treatment, to give them the CompleteBody experience.

Alex Reznik, CEO/President
Former Russian military trainer, Alex Reznik started his career using similar techniques that he learned in the military, however over time Alex started to pay for this extreme training. After a health scare he spent time with Deepak Choprah and learned the benefits for a overall approach to fitness and well being. From these experiences Alex created The Six Essential Elements to a Complete Body: Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, Nutrition, Meditation and Rest. All classes and programs incorporate these elements, providing the body with the tools and guidance for a complete and healthy lifestyle.

CompleteBody10 Hanover Square:Our flagship club at 10 Hanover has reopened after being destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Formerly exclusive to Goldman Sachs employees, the club boasts upgrades, which now cater to the entire downtown community.
