7 Easy steps to Paleo Eating on a Paleo food list or Paleo Foods diet

The Paleo eating habits in seven easy steps that will make a difference in any person’s life, mood and waist line sooner than later.
 
WASHINGTON - Feb. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Since starting to eat as much paleo foods as possible one feels so much better because the body is cleaner, not bloated, and not feeling so rundown all the time.

1)    Start by throwing out as much wheat, beans and other processed products as possible from the house, it jump starts the commitment to eating Paleo foods.

2)    Think realistically and start by making a personalized Paleo foods list that is specially tailored to the family’s needs. When doing this step think about easy quick paleo breakfast options as well as lunch and dinner.

3)    Do not set the bar so high failure is the only option. Taking it one step at a time is the best way to ensure a successful commitment and outcome to paleo food lists.

4)    Eat things that are familiar and tasty to get used to the change in diet and slowly add in new healthier options while slowly cutting back on old habits that are not healthy. Such as mixing potatoes and meat together this is a big mistake that must be avoided.

5)    Cheating is ok. This is the biggest stumbling block for beginners. The point is not to cheat once and give up; the point is to make a lifestyle change which takes time, effort, and patience. Therefore, getting into a box that has no room for flexibility in this ever changing and fast paced life is an impossible task for anyone.

6)    Reward! The greatest way to feel encouraged and create a stronger more loyal commitment is to feel good about the task at hand, to recognize the magnitude of the task and to reward good actions.

7)    Once the first six steps have been accomplished and are part of daily life set the next goal as appropriate for each individual’s needs and requirements. Work toward those goals with the same six steps above until all the goals for each person are met.

No system is fool proof or completely easy, however if broken down into easy steps that are flexible and forgiving then anything is possible. People give up so easily these days because it is always all or nothing and everyone has an opinion about how things are being done, do not let this affect the set goals.
