Data Physics Expands SignalForce Shaker Operation in Corona, California

Feb. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- San Jose, California – Data Physics announced the relocation and expansion of its Corona, CA based shaker manufacturing operations to a new facility at 9031 Pulsar Court, Corona CA 92883. Data Physics started manufacturing shakers in Southern California in 2005 and doubled its space in 2009. This move, at the end of another four years, triples its current space to 40,000 square feet and will accommodate the strong growth in demand for SignalForce LE series shakers it is experiencing around the world.

The new facility will allow immediate doubling of coil winding capacity and parallel manufacturing lines for air cooled and water cooled shaker systems to improve capacity and delivery of LE shaker systems from the small 3000lbf size to the very large 50,000lbf size. The larger building includes increased engineering and R&D space, better facilities for customer acceptance testing and a customer training center.

Established in 1984, Data Physics is a leading global supplier of high performance noise and vibration test solutions. SignalForce Electrodynamic Shakers are also manufactured in the UK and offer a wide force range, from the very small, used in medical applications, to the very large, used in automotive and aerospace applications.
